Assistant / Planning Engineer

• Responsible for preparation of project planning schedules (Level 1 to Micro level schedules), Daily, Monthly Reports, various charts, histograms, cash flow diagrams and Marked up Drawings.
• Define activities, durations and sequencing interactivity dependencies to develop project schedules.
• Regularly monitoring the schedule using P6.
• Updating the Progress by Weekly Basis.
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring & controlling of various projects processes through a team of Project Engineers, Senior Engineers & Project Managers.

I was responsible for monitoring site progress and preparing periodic progress reports, coordinate daily project meetings and updating scheduled program of works, prepare Contractor’s monthly invoices against the actual as per schedule update.
