I am  a PMI certified Professional working in construction industry for more than a decade.My responsibilities are risk Management,Project Planning and scheduling, Cost Control ,Testing and Commissioning and Close out of Projects.

v  Prepare Tender Preliminary schedule including Project Codes, Activity Codes and WBS Codes

v  Prepare detail Baseline Construction Schedule incorporating all the aspects of works from Engineering, Procurement, Mobilization, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Turn-over

v  Prepare Histograms, S‐Curves, Cost/ Resource Loading and Look‐ahead Schedules which include the design and forecasting of accomplishment to meet the target milestone.
