• Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for project including development of critical path and project float.
• Preparing progress sheets is shown project status per (Week- month-Year).
• Preparing S-Curves for cash in, cash out, man power and Equipments.
• Preparing Monthly Report including all further details about the project status.
• Estimating sub-contractors work and their performance.
• Preparing recovery plan in case of any delay.
• Preparing Monthly invoices.
