•Create and maintain the Project Management Plans, Project Initiation Document, Risks Register & Communication Plans.

Ø Producing and updating integrated CPM Programme for approval by Engineers representative, including construction activities, material procurement and Design activities.
Ø Producing 6 weeks forward look ahead Programme on a monthly basis and making necessary revisions to overcome delays without affecting overall completion date.

Key Deliverables:
ð Primavera 6 version 8.2 is planning tool.
ð Yearly & Five year’s budget plan in coordination, monitor & control, report.
ð Bi-weekly meetings with EMS & CMS to address various issues concern to projects, report, Policies & procedures, Invoices, Schedule of deliverables, critical issues & action etc.,
ð Review monthly reports and prepare report for Management / Client.
Monitoring Roads & Bridge Project.
Progress measurement, Update and Analyse the progress.
Preparing KPI for Key Items.
Preparing Schedules, Manpower Histogram, Progress S Curve & Cash flow for Tenders.
Project Controls & Planning Engineer in a Refinery EPC Project: RAPID Project (Package 3).
Process Units: DHT, KHT, NHT, CNHT, CCR, HPU Common/HPU1/HPU2/HPU3, RPSA, SGP, Flare, Interconnecting & Air Systems.
Project Controls & Site Planning Engineer in a 810MW Power Plant in Argentina.
Project: CCGT 810 MW - GE STAG 209FA Multi-Shaft. Central Termoeléctrica Vuelta de Obligado.
