Providing planning support to schemes including preparation of tender schedules and submissions in collaboration with the Estimator, Design Engineers and Construction delivery team. Planning support for Engineering, Procurement and Construction schemes, including weekly and monthly progress updates of contract schedules, critical path analysis, resource profiles, earned value reports, schedule narrative and production norm reports etc.
Support the implementation of project schedule management programmes thatprovide an accurate reflection of project performance at a project and programmelevel.Manage and coordinate planning interfaces (Internal & External) and sources ofplanning information.• Provide a planning & scheduling focal point for project and delivery managers andsupervisors.• Ensure project plans and schedules are delivered on time and within the guidelines ofthe project controls processes and procedures.
• Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system
