AGM Project

The programme uses innovative learning and teaching methods, including role play, case study, simulation, flipped classroom, distance and blended learning giving a stimulating and flexibile learning environment to students. Newly acquired skills are used to work on real case studies and teams work closely with academics and practitioners to analyse industry, company, and specific strategic issues.

Establishment of Project Management Tools like Primavera P6, Contract Mananger and Risk Analysis. Development of Master Schedule for 6X150MW captive power plant in integration with Start up and ramp up plan for Aluminium Smelter. Responsible for Project Progress Monitoring, updating and Controlling. Coordination of interfaces of multiple contractors and turnover of packages. Developed and executed plans for turnover to commissioning and to subsequent operation with  manpower deployment strategies for COD.&nbsp
