Seawall Stabilization Project at Port Everglades, FL – Contract Value $5M

Installation of approximately 950 feet of steel sheet pile and connecting to the existing anchor wall. Provide and install 40’X60’ pre-engineered steel storage building. Finally, installing 310 auger cast piles.

Designed culverts and debris screens as part of Water Work Division’s wider drainage scheme for Glasgow flood prevention programme.

•Khalifa port marine project phase one(Client is ADPC - Bechtel)(UAE)(1.5 billion $).



Project Description:

This is an EPC project. This project is a consortium between three companies (Archirodon, Boskalis and Hyundai). The project is a construction of marine structures; Dredging and reclamation of marine port contain quay wall & causeway & Revetments & breakwater and three bridges.



Job Title:

•Senior Planning Engineer.



Job Responsibilities:

Claims support. Wastewater Treatment, East Sussex. Analysis and technical opinion on contractor’s design and construction extension of time claim on behalf of the owner.

Expert Witness. Sewage Sludge Treatment Plant, Daldowie, Glasgow. Extension of Time claim. Instructed by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Austria, lawyers for the respondent (JV contractor). Produced an expert report, attended meetings with claimant’s expert and prepared joint memorandum. The case settled prior to hearing expert evidence.

I worked as a junior draftsman for a small design office to assiste in the design of pumping installations for the water and wastewater industry.
