Responsible for the development of Project Control process, for Galliford Try within their Water division delivering projects under AMP 6.

Now AMP 7 is near, the role is key to the planning and development of the Programme Management Baseline for upcoming works that will commence in April 2020.

• Support the planning function, which involves creating and managing project schedules at a detailed level.
• Work closely with senior management, project teams, design teams and sub-contractors to maintain accurate and up to date data for different stages of projects.
• Track and evaluate progress of live sites and the pre-construction phases
• Produce fully logic linked programmes - pre-construction, tender, project (short term and full programmes).
• Attend meetings to gather/request information relating to programme implications.
• Ensure accurate/time
