Denis has over 30 years of experience in Aircraft Engineering, Rail, and Power. This includes over ten years of planning experience, as well as Airworthiness / Change management, and IT (Enterprise solution integration) He has worked in Ireland the UK, and Hong Kong, and has managed large teams on complexes projects.
A multi skilled Engineer withover 18 years in Engineering, Construction & Project Management Support experience, within design, construction, installation and commissioning on civil infrastructures, bridges, tunnels, buildings, airports, train depot, oil & gas (pipelines, subsea production system & Topside FEED) & mining projects.
Experience as Project Control Engineer, Cost Engineer, Senior Project/Pipeline Engineer, Planning Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Project Coordinator & Cost Estimator.
· Developed, control & update the overall planning/work program, using Primavera P6.
· Supervise, monitor & update the actual construction progress and compare to our planned progress in order to point out the performance and the criticality of the schedule.
· Monitor and update the manpower forecast and progress.
- Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
This is a family-owned business founded by my late father involved in real estate work, i.e., development and sales of small/medium-sized subdivisions. I assisted in the management of the business from 1990 to 1998 (it closed shop at the height of the Asian Financial Crisis).
I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS), Professional Civil Engineer (CE), Certified Master Construction Contract Administrator (CMCCA), Certified Construction Cost Engineer (CCCE), and Project Management Officer (PMO).
