Responsible for management of Prime Contract, specifically compliance with Prime Contract and change management (variations and claims).
Maintained an integrated master schedule in Primavera 6.2 for a $1.2 billion light rail design-build project. Collected project information from contractor schedule submittals and project/construction managers, updated the master schedule and produced a monthly program status report that included the master schedule and an executive summary. Used both Primavera and Excel to report on various phases of the project including baseline variance, Earned Value, cash flow and other special reports as required.
