•The extension, replacement and refurbishment of the East London Line, transforming the line into a major artery in the London rail transport network.

Worked on Victoria Line Major Power Upgrade Works
Senior Scheduler of High-speed Rolling Depot Construction Project, an Award Winning Project from the Ministry of Construction and Transportation (Project Budget: US$ 200 million).
Drafted project implementation plan and schedule to lead to a successful completion, which was completed 6 months ahead of original schedule.
Provided project management report to site manager and Bechtel consultants who were hired to provide CM service on owner’s side.
Seconded to Railtrack Project Delivery (Southern) as Planning/Risk Manager for the Electrification Group on HV feeder/switchgear renewals and SCADA installations.
This involved not only the normal planning requirements, but also:
• The implementation of the requirements for risk and contingency management (programme and commercial).
• A parallel role as a Quantity Surveyor, responsible for agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts.
• The ongoing reporting of Cost of Work Done into the company reporting system PMCS.
1994 – 1997 Project Management Services (Stations Programme)
Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and updating of project programmes from inception through design and implementation for up to 25no projects at a time, reporting to up to 11no project managers. Types of projects included:
• Congestion relief projects
• Station modernisations
• Platform reconstructions
