1994 – 1997 Project Management Services (Stations Programme)
Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and updating of project programmes from inception through design and implementation for up to 25no projects at a time, reporting to up to 11no project managers. Types of projects included:
• Congestion relief projects
• Station modernisations
• Platform reconstructions
• General station and staff accommodation refurbishments and improvements
• CCTV/comms and lighting installation projects
1992 – 1994 Construction Planner Section 12 Project
• Construction planner for the implementation of Section 12 (Fire Safety) measures to sub-surface stations.
