Programme Controls Director Qatar Rail heading up all project systems from a business client perspective (Reporting, Scheduling, Change, Document & Risk specifically) and arrived as they won the world cup in 2022.

Project management consultant. Planning management of the Tramway of Constantine:

- Time management;

- Project activities co-ordination;

- Contractual and operational planning and scheduling;

- Monthly reports to the client;

- Elaboration of a Gantt time schedule linked automatically to the trip diagram;

- Development of a VBA EXCEL tool for the cost/incomes control.

Construction of the time schedule of Lusail Railway Transit System:

• Establishment of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS=GBSxPBSxABS);
• Creation of the time schedule of the project (3000 tasks), Gantt & trip diagrams, in the time allowed (40 days).

Main activities:

• Development of methods and tools about planning, risks, cost estimation & cost control
• Development of a new approach for project structuration: 3D WBS
• Creation of a standard database of all the planning tasks (PBS, ABS) to be deployed on projects
• Planning of differents LRT projects
• Daily use of MS PROJECT, PRIMAVERA P6 and TILOS 6
• EXCEL and ACCESS VBA programming, also in VB.NET.
