Westinghouse Rail Systems are exclusive suppliers of signalling equipment for the Metronet Consortium on both the BCV and SSL refurbishment projects for London Underground. The SSL project is currently in the design phase and the application / installation programmes are currently being developed. As a member of the SSL project team, tasked with the development, maintenance and progressing of a mid-level (7500 activities) baseline programme for the entire SSL project (£700m). Reporting directly to both the Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager.

Preparation of detail tender programmes covering design, installation, test and post commissioning works. Early identification of external factors such as road closures and third party interventions/ approvals ( e.g. Local authority consents for road closures).

Preparation of detail programmes for design, installation, test and recoveries.
Production of Key Performance Indicators including milestone trend charts, Earned Value Analysis and Resource loadings.
Preparing detailed duty rosters and hour by hour schedules in support of major blockade based commissioning works.
Preparing reports and analysis for senior management and client use.
