Undertaking the full range of duties associated with the position of planner in a large scale multi-disciplined construction company specializing in rail. 

Worked  for Infrastructure Investments within the largest asset, Power Enhancements.

Worked on the LNW Operational Property & Infrastructure Framework based in the North West. 

Day to day tasks included production, costing, resourcing & updating of both tender & live programmes in P3e for all work on the framework ranging from simple resurfacing works on a footbridge to major reconstruction works of lineside properties (Depot, Signal Boxes, Stations etc). 

This was done from interrogating & rationalizing into a workable programme using Form’s A, B &

Worked on the LNE Signals Framework contract directly assisting the P&R Manager & Project Management team. 

On a daily basis I updated the progress, cost of work completed & resource picture. I collated and produced a monthly report regarding the 10-13 jobs in progress, how the picture looked generally.

Production & updating of new & current projects plans and reporting on these using planning package Primavera P3e, also using advanced techniques in MS Excel and Word.                                                                 &n

Responsibilities: Development of planning function and spreading best practice in project planning and project management processes, including introduction of new Estimating software solution.
