Conor is a Senior Planner/Scheduler in PM’s Dublin office and has over 20 years experience in Planning, Scheduling and Project Engineering.



He also has extensive project experience in a wide variety of business sectors, particularly in the Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Mining and Nuclear industries.



In 2006 Conor was appointed Head of PM’s Planning & Scheduling department, where he runs a team of planner/schedulers who have the responsibility of planning scheduling and reporting on projects with a collective value of over €1.5 billion.

My experiance in construction has brought me to Cost Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling and Cost Estimating.  I look forward to helping people with Cost Management Services and the collaboritive exchange that is included with this type work.  Most of my work has been centered in the USA with some major cost managment projects for the United Nations and the US Corps of Engineers in locations from Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim.

Areas of expertise include Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Federal Business Sectors.

I have been a planner for 14 years, covering several different sectors; Royal Mail, Construction, Defence and Pharmaceutical.

I am proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

I am also proficient in the following Scheduling tools - Primavera P3, P5/P6, Suretrak, AMS Realtime and MS Project

I have been trained in Earned Value Methodology, Schedule Risk Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews.

I have been regularly reporting on EV for 6 years.

I have passed the APM Introductory Certificate
