Project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Zarzaitine Oilfield Expansion Project (Surface Facility) in Zarzaitine, In-Amenas Algeria. CLINET: SONATRACH
Responsibilities:
· Planning and Scheduling the project in P3.
· Budget and Cost Loading.
· Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress reports.
· Evaluate and monitor Equipment.
· Co-ordination with consultant and sub contractors.
Started my career at an international engineering firm Sulzer Pumps as a junior project planner within the customer service department. My job entailed in getting refurbished and reconditioned high end pumps back to our client within a quick turn around period (obviously being in the customer service environment) pumps were supplied to various industries namely: power generation, oil & gas, HPI, petrochemical and mining industry...
· Expertise in planning, scheduling, control & monitoring of projects, performance analysis and document / data control management.
· Possess Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management and Project Coordination.
· Well aware of Engineering & Construction techniques.
· Strong Communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
In Shutdowns / Turnarounds:
· Currently working as Shutdown Planning Engineer with Dolphin Energy Limited for the preparation of their next annual turnaround.
· Preparation for turnaround including Scope clarifications/finalization, Jobs lists preparation etc.
· To prepare the complete resource loaded plan for shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities using Primavera P3 & P6 / MS project.
· Develop and maintain plans /schedules at various levels, that represent activities/milestones required to successfully deliver the project in time and on budget
· Monitor and report progress on the regular basis of the approved integrated schedule against the baseline in accordance with Planning and Scheduling Guidelines; including tracking actual versus plan, updating forecasts, analysis schedule & Costing deviation, CPI/SPI
