Prepares execution plan on how to do the project required by the client and define whats the resources

are needed for each scope of work. And see to it that resources  are sufficient enough to complete the job.

And make sure that material availability will conform with project requirement.

Lead-Planner Scheduler - for BP Refinary in Toledo Ohio for a four unit maintenaince outage

Prepared baseline schedule, monitored, analized and repoerted on a cost/resource loaded CPM schedule using SureTrak 3.1 for Iroquois Gas Transmission System. Prepared As-Planned vs. As-Built Schedule Analysis, charts and graphics.

PCO Electrical Sector Program(Completed 2006), Baghdad, Iraq: As Project Control Engineer for Iraq Power Alliance (joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff and Parsons E and C), developed baseline schedules and provided planning and analysis expertise for 444 generation, distribution, and transmission projects throughout Iraq with total budget of $2.4B encompassing more than 17K activities.
