Project Planner

Working with a Jacobs Engineering team preparing projects and turnaround related schedules.

Responsibilities include all possible work on planning level 1 to 3 e.g.

To communicate all planning issues in the project team

To ensure qualitative recordings of planning data

To ensure on-time completion of all relevant progress and forecast reporting

To ensure up-to date planning information for cost control purposes

 Control Programs and Projects located in different localization in Europe and world
Preparation, control of Project plans using MS Project and Primavera P6(Earned Value Management, Resource Analysis, Critical Path Method);
Coordination Team works;
Project cost analysis;
Preparation reports and documentation summarizing Team works

Preparation contractual tenders
(pricing man-hours, estimating manpower for project, selecting equipment for projects);
Preparation of schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6;
Create technology using Autocad;
Preparation current analysis and for finished projects;
Participation in implement process to gain certificate “A” according to ASME

Reporting to Client;
Preparation and updating Site Plan using Primavera P6;
Creation analysis;
Preparation technology for all lifting works using cranes(drawings in AUTOCAD – lifting plans and calculation - method statement);
Preparation technology for Hydrotest;
Create technology for pipe bending acc to ASME.

I have worked in Project Controls since the late 1990’s.

I have worked as a Turnaround Planner/Scheduler and am currently working as a Capital Projects Scheduler.
