• Provided planning support to project management team. • Updated the progress of the work and prepare reports on scope and schedule of work done in accordance with cost data. • Produced Earn value analysis to evaluate project performance and predict final results of project to project management team using P6. • Prepared the analysis for work scope comparisons and scheduling criteria between multiple projects using P6. • Generated critical path analysis on all projects and normalised the project schedule. • Compared the logic between the baseline schedule and the current schedule.

DEPUTY MANAGER (CHEMICAL)

·         Responsible for the day-to-day operation, daily maintenance for the smooth running of the plant and coordination with utility people.  The total plant is controlled through DCS and PLC systems.

·         Sophisticated YOKOGAWA MXL(DCS) system .The systems include tripping systems to avoid accidents.

MANAGER (TECHNICAL CELL)

·         AFCOis established in 2004 and I am working in its gross root stage. It is a group company of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP.

·         Main Responsibilities include with purchase activities related to chemical area, Water treatment and Effluent treatment plants.

·         The purpose of the hire is to run the potable water plants to produce the potable water for the plant and camps.  The potable water production is done by the Electro Dialysis Reversal process as well as Reverse Osmosis units.

·        

·         Provide Project Management support in the development of integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the overall project portfolio baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.

Provide assistance in new job preparation to Project Engineers.
