Develop, update and maintain project plan (Level 4)

• Update and maintain Level 4 activities that include task management, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and completion act

5years as a planning/project control engineer in multi-national oil and gas firm. 3 successful multimillion dollars projects executed. Roles includes: Planning/Scheduling, Tracking progress, Risk assessment and Reporting.

Planning Engineer in Hook up and Commissioning work. Involve in Petronas Carigali Project

Lead planner for retrofit of two nuclear reactors and mothballing two others.

Creating / improving the Master Plan by including for each: permitting works, civil works, electrical works, installation works, commissioning works, TN51 and Yellow Fidic - different programmes linked in between (mpp.)
Creating programmes for weekly and monthly reports (mpp.)
Creating progress reports (mpp.)
Checking all programmes issued by the Contractor (mpp.);
Forecast development (mpp.,xls)
Earned Value Analysis (mpp.,xls)
Tracking the effective progress on site
Establishing the contractual deadlines using Yellow Fidic contract (mpp.,xls)
Establishing the strategies and improveme
