I am in charge of an operation planning which is aimed at integrating operations activities performed on 2 FPSO located in Nigerian waters. I am based onshore in Lagos Nigeria. Activities from various entities (maintenance, production, inspection, marine, drilling&completion etc) are merged into 1 single plan. From the Inegrated Operations Plan (IOP), 4-month look-ahead (4MLA) sent to the FPSOs on weekly basis, 12MLA and 24MLA are used for monthly operations meeting and Quarterly Operations meetings respectively.
