EPC planning of the LNG Sea Gas Project Plant of Damietta (Egypt), joint venture of KBR (Kellogg, Brwon & root)-TRSA (Tecnicas Reunidas)-JGC (Japan Gas Company) with an investment budget of 1,2 billion USD under the TKLSP contract terms.

The project specification required the development of design, procurement and contruction phases of a LNG plant, four LNG ship carriers of 150.000 TPM each to be be built in Korea, and two LNG tanks of 150.000 M3 as the LNG storage system.

This EPCC project was a managing joint venture composed by three engineering companies, KBR-

BP Oil New Port Facilities of Castellón (Spain)- Refinery Revamping, Interconnecting Works and New Port Facilities for maritime loading & unloading HC products. Project asset budget of 50 Million Euros.

LNG Dunkerque EPC project of Regasification plant of Dunkerque (France)for EDF (Electricité de France). Investment Budget of 900 Million Euros.

Underground Railway of Panama- Detail Engineering & Auxiliary Systems of the underground railway.

Offshore Planning Manager responsible of EP Schedule and Project Controls Managing of EP Anguille Offshore Project of for the EP revamping of 15 Oil & Gas Marine platforms of TOTAL for the marine oil fields of Anguille & Torpille at Gabon.

I collaborated in the development and starting-up of a program network of 5.000 activities in P6 Oracle software that will be the planning basis for the timing, following up, and progress control of the detail engineering and procurement phases.

Project Controls Manager of the Lump Sum Projects for the Flare Gas Recovery Revamping of  TAKREER (Abu Dhabi Oil Refinery Company) on both of Ruwais & Abu Dhabi Refineries with a budget around of 40 million USD.

Planning & scheduling Lead Consultant of major engineering schemes through design, procurement and construction programmes (including commissioning) for the 3 large EPCC Projects of the JV of TOUATGAZ (Gaz de France Suez & Sonatrach) in Algeria (expected investment around 2 billion USD).
