• Prepared a Level 6 EPC Schedule for the entire scope using P6 version 8.2
• Assisted Engineering in Preparation of the MDL and loading of planned dates into SAP
• Created WBS In SAP
• Created Networks and Activities in SAP to mirror the entire scope
• Carried out Critical Path analysis on Project Schedule to ensure deliveries are on schedule

As a Planner in Alcon Nigeria Limited Structural Fabrication & Precast Yard since February 2014, i Schedule, Cost Project & Undertake Daily Progress Measurement. I also ensure that Resources allocated to activities are Effeciently Allocated. And each Individual Project Finishes as at when Scheduled.

In my present job as a Planner in the Structural , Mechanical & Civil precast Fabrication Yard, i schedule , cost Projects &  do a proper control to ensure that Resources allocated to activities are Efficiently used & Project finishes at when Scheduled. I do daily Progress Measurement as a Control tool.
