Ø Working as Resource Planner handling all data entries for all material resources incoming and outgoing during construction of First Phase (1x250 MW) of Suratgarh Super Thermal Power Station (Presently 6x250 MW), Suratgarh-India.
Major Responsibilities
Project Planning, Monitoring and Control
Ø Effective Project planning, Monitoring, control & Co-ordination of the execution of above projects.
Ø To Prepare the Construction Schedule (overall, monthly and updates) and to work out the recourse requirement to match the construction schedule.
Engineering & Coordination
Ø Planning and scheduling, Developing and updating Project Control and Progress Measurement Methodology, Establishing and maintaining the projects plans and ensure that all plans are consistent for both parallel running projects. Review Vendor schedules and identifying the critical path.
Ø Coordinating with Engineering subcontractors and vendors from across the Europe, Asia and other international locations.
Project Executed
Ø Panipat Naphtha Cracker Project (EPCC-2A) Polypropylene Unit (Design Capacity- 2x300,000 TPA, Basell Spheriphol Technology) and Product Warehouse & Bagging Units (LSTK Project) Owner Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Project Management Consultant Engineers India Ltd. India.

Line management responsibility for five staff
Upskill and increase professionalism of planning department
Introduce planning methodologies and systems to increase planning department’s offer to internal clients
Manage tender planning through bid planning process
Manage capacity planning analysis including bid forecasting work
Design, structure and produce a planning department SOP, and design an internal route to competence through this
Introduce EVM concepts and schedule requirements and develop EV roll out for business
Control schedule cost matrix
Established Project Controls Department procedures and processes to manage EPC project in North Africa and the Middle East.
