The project management from a big overseas wind connection project in the baltic sea needs support in scheduling. I develop an integrated overall time schedule for the project. It has to integrate the partial projects and show the overall interactions, in-/outputs and the critical path. The software is MS-Project. The schedule shows detailed activities from the partial projects.
§ Prepares/updates project schedule in Primavera.
§ Prepares 2-3 weeks look ahead schedule.
§ Prepares and updates Direct and Indirect Manpower Schedule, Progress Evaluation Summary and Overall Schedule.
§ Monitor and update daily manpower and man-hours used for the project.
§ Prepares and update Progress, Man-hours and Productivity Report.
