A Certified Cost Engineer and registered Quantity Surveyor and presently the President of Board AACEI (Association of Advance Cost Engineering International) Oman Section of has over 23 years experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration and Construction delay analysis in Oil and gas, power, roads and bridges, water supply and treatment plant, buildings projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Planning Manager, my role as Planning Engineer involves the following activities
- Verification of Scope of Work for the Project and definition of Standard Man-hours against each Cost Center
- Development of Level IV plan in P3(approx. 3000 Activities)
Project : OMV Sawan Compression Station for ABB Italy.
The scope of Project was Fabrication of Steel Structure (500 Tons) for Sawan Compression Station.
Project Budget was 118 Million Rs. My role as Project Engineer includes the following responsibilities.
I have lead Project Planning and Contracts department in FAUZ Engineering, and responsible for overseeing running site projects, with respect to progress, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Worked on the planning and initialization of the following projects
Scope of Work Includes Fabrication and Erection of Storage Tanks
Had 11 years of combined experience in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Project Controls of Oil and Gas, LNG, and Infrastructure projects worldwide. Experience includes taking Lead roles in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Operations & Maintenance phases of the project. Had experience in conducting equipment erection study using 4DCAD application software. Had experience developing and implementing procedures for field Planning and Cost Control.
