▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.

▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash

 flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.

▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction  

  with the planning team on weekly basis.

·            Development of Reporting system & Master Project Schedule from scratch (L0 to L4)

·            Preparation of Invoices & subcontractor performance Measurements

·            Updating, Rescheduling & setting targets in all disciplines using PRIMAVERA V8,3

·            Creating & Maintaining a Schedule model to reflect realistic progress of the Project

·            Developed Primavera Schedule with resource (Labor & Material) loading, leveling to calculate manpower & material requirement in time phase in concern with Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team

·            Served as a Planner, Scheduler & Controller of major civil & structural works

·            Developing detailed analysis & quantities verification weekly

·            Preparing 2 weeks look ahead for both L3 & L4 Schedules

·            Implement processes in order to achieve Project Controls objectives:

Ø  Scope Management

Ø  Schedule Management

Ø  Cost Management

Ø  Risk Management

·            Monitor projects performance and perform reporting function

• Act as integrated Project Controls engineer for the Zora Project
• Cost Control and analysis
• Assist in obtaining third party certification of project expenditure for project funding.
• Monitor all EPC Contractors schedule and costs, Analyse project performance and report variances from project goals.
• Consolidate and prepare Project monthly reporting to management with S curves.
• Advice on cost overrun and new budget requirements
