Responsible for the creation and development of the Project Controls DPT and function within the organization
· Review the Contract & Scope of works.
· Preparation of Planning Schedule, Co-ordinate with Project Manager & Discipline Engineers using "Primavera 6.0 or MS Project" establishing PMS in order to track the project schedule.
Providing a pivotal role in the safe execution of activities offshore, maximising facility resource utilisation while minimising impact to production on Woodside’s flagship offshore Platform. Key deliverables:
Plan SIMOPS with DSV supporting diving activities for subsea tie-ins for second trunk line (TSEP) project
Integrate activity schedules input from Alliance Projects, Offshore Maintenance, Integrated Shutdown, Campaign Maintenance and Production Planners to produce a 120 day operational platform activity plan within concurrent activity and logistic constraints
Responsible for managing the change process for master data in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and dealing with day to day support issues for all NWS offshore platform and FPSO facilities:
Facilitate the effective use of the SAP PM system to achieve desired business benefits
Working with asset focal points to develop maintenance plans based on RCM and RBI recommendations
Focal point for all offshore projects for maintenance closeout data hand over to Woodside
