Project Results: Supply & installation of 1 generator & diesel tank.

Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the Design, procurement and construction as part of the retrofit and expansion of an existing Municipal waste to energy facility for the City of Harrisburg ($110 million). Also responsible for Cost Control and estimating as well as part time Contract Administration. This includes schedules, various Cost reports, Detailed Budget Estimates and development of specifications.
Project Controls Manager:
Responsible for planning and execution of both minor and major turnarounds.Asset Management and Efficiency Improvement. Word class safety practices.O&M of Thermal Power Plant 2X210MW. Implementation of Best Practices at Asia Middle East Operating Network. Executed APEX projects for life enhancement of plant and operational efficiency improvement.Knowledge of Piping Engineering, Welding techniques, NDT procedures and International Codes & Standards. Experience in using CMMS to report cost and KPI performance.
Establishment of Project Management Tools like Primavera P6, Contract Mananger and Risk Analysis. Development of Master Schedule for 6X150MW captive power plant in integration with Start up and ramp up plan for Aluminium Smelter. Responsible for Project Progress Monitoring, updating and Controlling. Coordination of interfaces of multiple contractors and turnover of packages. Developed and executed plans for turnover to commissioning and to subsequent operation with manpower deployment strategies for COD.
