Reports generation required in the Project Certification.

 Compilation of the Quality Records Dossier, in accordance with procedure and contract requirements.Maintaining Certification spreadsheets and verification of Hydro Test Packages. Auditing thedocumentation handover package for quality and completeness prior to final approval by operations.Reviewing and acceptance of as-built quality records. Supervision the Certification Clerks, to ensure that all quality records are compiled on an ongoingbasis

 Organized technical close out process to ensure that all aspects of the technical closeout activitiesand engineering documentation fully completed, and the associated closeout Dossier assembled, andsigned off within the agreed timeframe, including meeting KPI dates.

 Established effective Project Cost Control System for better monitoring of project expenditures, recordchanges and manage budget variations during the whole project life cycle Accurate recording and analysis of actual costs and expenditures to ensure they are correctlyallocated to the appropriate Cost Centers, controlled and reported against authorized budgets, ProjectTarget Cost Estimates and the Cost Management Plan. Producing regular VOWD, Cost Reports andmonthly budget forecasts.

 Managing systems set up during the startup period. Identification of WBS & Control Accountsstructure, development of Project Control methodology as per the Client’s requirements. Develop,coordinate and manage procedures to ensure the efficient cost control of the Projects, including therecording, controlling and forecasting of all financial matters.

 Development of Cost Control Strategy, detail plans and procedures, reflecting contract requirementsand internal control process. Development, coordination and implementation of project WBS & CBS with Project management,development of an appropriate control budgets in compliance with project estimate and activitybreakdown structures to implement and monitor costs within each project stage and for entire projectuntil completion Review and monitor financial data related to progress payments, accruals, invoice payments,

Responsible for development, control and monitoring of titanium and 6Mo pipe fabrication schedule for Exxon Mobil’s Hebron project. Updating and tracking progress against baseline and reporting on the outputs. Other duties include creating fabrication workpacks, coordinating the coatings process and shipping to ensure timely site delivery. Deputised for the Project Manager during business and vacation absences.

Led the on-site project controls function; including developing the multi-disciplinary construction schedule, updating progress, monitoring against baseline, tracking changes, developing recovery plans, drafting change requests, preparing reports using Earned Value techniques and producing KPI reports and S-curves. Also, managing labour, equipment and materials resources to ensure efficient flow of work was maintained.
