Created, maintained & tracked resource & cost loaded schedules for 20 MWac & 2.5 MWac PV solar projects with a cumulative value of $42+ million. Developed & maintained a cost/schedule control system to provide the required guidance & support the project with the decision-making tools for project control. Performed CPM & EVM analysis & generated status, resource & cost reports with best practices recommendations for senior management.

Successfully manage 5 planning engineers to prepare & update the schedules of 5x50 MWac (322 MWp) PV solar projects for 5 well-known clients (General Electric, TAQA Arabia, Shapoorji Pallonji, EDF, & El Sewedy). Manage the submission of timely daily, weekly & monthly progress reports to clients. Manage the preparation of internal plans & lookaheads. Discuss & follow up the execution of these plans with projects stakeholders including, but not limited to, SWPL engineering, procurement/logistics, construction, subcontractor, & management teams.

Responsible for earthwork and construction of the pad (7.1MM cubic yard of earthmovement) and delivery of first 200MMSCFD equipment and balance of plant engineering. Scope managed was Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management of three trains of 200MMSCFD Cryogenic trains with balance of plant, with planned built-out capacity of 2BSCFD. Key achievement was selection of EPC subcontractors for scope that was not self-performed.

Delivered a profitable margin on technical construction and commissioning support at site of two identical 150MMSCFD Cyrogenic trains and engineering, procurement and fabrication of EPF plant skids including balance of plant, by leading coordination with client's team in UAE and Iraq, internal engineering team in US and AE, and Construction and Commissioning Manager at site.

Flawless Project Delivery on the scope of Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication for skid mounted packages and modules for two identical 50KBOPD trains,with common facilities, and utilities to form Well pad and part of Central Processing Facilities.

SOCAR - AzACG Deep Gas Project – Phase I

›   Primary interface with Contractor and PM/CM on closure process of disputed, fixed and re-opened snagIDs from SnagR, and ensure quality of closure submission of fixed snagIDs within SnagR.

›   Managed process of recording, maintenance, and coordinate issuance to responsible team of MEP disciplines work pack (internal database) that captures all outstanding work from internal and external stakeholders.
