• Preparation of the following Planning and Scheduling Documents with due consideration to Contract Terms and Specifications, Programmes / Schedules for Tender, Master, Baseline, Detailed, Revised, Updates, Look Ahead, Critical Path Analysis, Recovery and Extension of Time.
• Prepares Systems and Procedures covering the areas of Planning, Progress Monitoring, Tracking, Measurement and Reports.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedule and Cost Reports and submit to the consultant client.
• Review / Check Subcontractors Baseline Programme / Schedules, Reports a

     BTC (Baku-Tibilisi-Ceyhan) Crude oil pipe-line const. project, PT2 pump station

Responsibilities: (IN the head office, Reporting to Planning Manager, at site reporting to Project Manager)

•     Scheduling and schedule monitoring of all construction activities of the Pump station,

•     Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly construction progress reports, Look ahead schedules, dynamic scheduling,

•     Preparation of Interim Certificates,

Works sequencing and developing Level-3 & 4 Construction Schedules, manpower and equipment calculation and loading, progress monitoring and measurement on weekly and monthly basis; presentation and deliberation of weekly and monthly reports, likewise, highlight area of concerns and submit mitigation plans to meet target progress

In-Charge for the preparation of Level-3 & 4 Working Schedules, network and critical path analysis; developing progress measurement basis, calculate and assign resources; assess and monitor progress; coordinate with all disciplines to ensure satisfactory progress and an on-track activities; assist the Project Manager on technical reports and participate in mitigating site predicaments

Developing Level-4 Working Schedule using the agreed Level-2 Master Schedule (maintaining the commencement and completion milestone dates of key activities); set-up new weightage, manpower and equipment calculation and loading; progress monitoring, updates and reporting by weekly and monthly basis; likewise, highlight major issues and concerns, and propose solutions against drawbacks to improve progress
