DUTIES:

•     Prepare variations from work schedule, assess impact and report;

•     Create, build, manage and maintain a fully resource loaded and logic linked critical path schedule;

•     Communicate all schedule information to the Project Team, master plan control;

Feb 2008 - Current: - Planning & Reporting Engineer – Agip KCO (ENI subsidiary), KEPF Inshore Completions and HUC Prefabrication Project within Kashagan Experimental Program.

•     To provide a full planning, work management and analysis of the contract assigned.

•     To ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems.

•     Be pro-active in all matters relating to Cost, Planning and Risk Analysis.

·       Provided project controls services to INPEX Australia to develop generic guidelines to be used for all INPEX projects.  The generic guidelines recognized that all projects vary in size, complexity and risk so that they could be scaled to suit smaller projects of any size and complexity (i.e. fit-for purpose).
