Saipem MISR Cairo and Saipem Energy Services Spa, Fano, Italy
EPIC Deep Water Development Project, Offshore Egypt;
Laying of 22’’ Gas Export Pipeline (24km) and 5 x 10’’ Flowlines and Umbilical;
Installation of the sub sea structures (Manifolds, SDA, PLETs, spools and jumpers…) and control
systems;
Scheduling activities between 5 main vessel spreads and the support vessels;
Complex procurement scheduling and tight cooperation with subcontractors on long lead items;
Coordination of engineering teams in Fano, Paris, Rijeka and Milan, gathering and incorporating of data
in the overall project schedule;
Tight cooperation with procurement and installation teams in order to recognize criticalities and their
impact on the overall project schedule;
Visits to the Alexandria fabrication yard, tracking progress of the fabrication activities and their impact
on the overall project schedule;

Preparation of Schedules to be included in the Bidding Documentation and putting them inline with the
ITT requirements;
Preparation of the Tender Deliverables relevant to Planning Section;
Revision of the ITT documentation received by the client with the special attention to the planning
section as well as to other parts in order to understand the overall project requirements;
Replying with qualification and comments in order to change certain requirements found as
unfavorable for the company;
Cooperation with risk engineer in order to recognize project risks and their possible impact on the cost
and duration of the project, identifying critical path;

Fast track Engineering & Installation Project offshore Ravenna, Italy;
Installation of the platforms, pipe laying, shore pull approach;
Monitoring delivery dates of the CPIs and their possible impact on delay of the schedule;
