Functional Duties:
Provide information to senior management to enable effective project delivery.
Provide schedules from summary to detailed level which optimize expenditure of time, resource utilization and cost.
Regular project reports on current status of projects.
Identify areas of concern and subsequent recovery action to minimize adverse trends.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare schedules to reflect the work to be undertaken in line with the required Work Breakdown Structure.
Undertake resource loading of schedules in order to produce manpower histogra

Project : Large Ethylene Plant EPC Project based in the Middle East (PROJECT SITE)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Furnace Construction Planner, monitoring, updating and modifying the construction schedule to ensure successful completion.
Reporting all furnace related issues to senior management and client
Liaise Daily with Subcontractors monitoring progress and performance
Planning work fronts available between all subcontractors, ensure effective coordination to maintain progress.

Project : Large Ethylene Plant EPC Project based in the Middle East (HOME OFFICE)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating E&P schedules and EMS reports on weekly basis
Reporting Detailed Engineering and Procurement progress to Senior Management
Provide information to senior management to enable effective project delivery.
Provide schedules from summary to detailed level which optimize expenditure of time, resource utilization and cost for Construction.
