Functions:

– monitoring subcontractor progress vs. agreed level 4 Primavera schedule

– using Primavera 6.0 tools to report by exception

– monitoring CTR reporting / timesheets and forecasting

– reporting on trends in costs and schedule

– reviewing and issuing weekly and monthly reports

– reviewing monthly Subcontractor’s invoices and support documentation

– coordinating with Project Engineer to manage interfaces

– coordinating with Document Control to advise on impact of documentation delays

Project: Blue Stream, Client – Gazprom / Eni Group

Functions:

– collecting information about the critical events, incidents and progress on every activity on the Project;

– processing the data for issuing Weekly and Monthly reports for the Customer and Internal reports for management;

– making presentations in Power Point;

– assistance to the Contract Manager in preparing different claims;

Project: Blue Stream, Client – Gazprom / Eni Group

Functions:

– assistance to Planning and Scheduling Manager in preparing Overall Work Schedule and interim 1-, 2-, 3-Levels Schedules performed either in Primavera or Microsoft Project;

– participation in construction meetings with list of areas of concern;

– issuing physical Progress for construction;

COORDINATOR OF PLANNING AND CONTROL:Coordinating the Department of Planning and Control, prepare the consolidated report of projects, profitability analysis, occupational projections. Planning, Monitoring and Control of Financial and Physical Implementation.
