Project: Vankor Oilfield, Client – Rosneft
Functions:
– monitoring subcontractor progress vs. agreed level 4 Primavera schedule
– using Primavera 6.0 tools to report by exception
– monitoring CTR reporting / timesheets and forecasting
– reporting on trends in costs and schedule
– reviewing and issuing weekly and monthly reports
– reviewing monthly Subcontractor’s invoices and support documentation
– coordinating with Project Engineer to manage interfaces
– coordinating with Document Control to advise on impact of documentation delays
