1. Additional Living Quarters on Elgin Platform : Project worth 35 million GBP which will enhance the bedding facility by additional 41 beds with facility upgrade and taking to platform capacity to 137 beds. Scope of work included Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and commissioning with overall man-hours to the tune of +300K hrs. Consafe and Enterprise were the major fabricators for the Grillage and the 25 Modules.

Establish the overall baseline schedule in P6 with client approval for base lining.
Update and maintain the schedule. Generate weekly forecast schedule update report and three week look-ahead construction schedule.
Prepare weekly schedule analysis report and progress reports with S-Curves for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Establish the revised overall EPC schedule in P3 with client approval for base lining.
Update and maintain the EPC master schedule. Generate 3 week and 90 days look-ahead construction schedule for weekly and monthly project contractual submission..
Gather offshore engineering and procurement progress data for roll up into the master schedule.
Prepare the overall project master schedule in level 3 using Primavera based from the bench mark schedule provided by the client and its consultant during the early stage of the project.
Gather and validate scheduling information from client; partner and affiliate companies.
Develop a system and procedure for progress measuring subject for client approval. Define progress milestones and its corresponding percent weight values.
