Current Role

Planning Manager and Project Coordinator for Gas Treatment Plant Project, Bitumen Plant Project and Gold Refinery Projects in Kazakhstan.

Tesla Tan is a Kazakh electrical and Instrumentation Company working in Kashagan oil and gas field.Tesla Tan has completed its contract in Power Plant (KPP) and Utility Plant (KUT) and now is busy in Main Process Plant.Tesla Tan is also working for offshore part of project by doing electrical instrumentation and HVAC installation of some offshore buildings.



     Prepare BOQ based on drawings and finalizing the price quotation for BID in order to get the contract

1)      Developing WBS, project roadmap , overall time schedule (P6),Progress Measurement System (PMS) for the project

2)      Establishing a cost control system in requested companies based on the Earned Value

Measurement system(EVM)

3)      Attend meetings with design consultants, project management consultant and contractors to review and approve baseline schedules, and attend regularly to progress meetings

Current Role: Overall Tender Drilling Barge Project Planner, Cum " Assistant Project Manager " in overall project Feed Engineering Control. Based in Bangkok Thailand. Back in Singapore for Shipyard Phase. Project Member not mobilised due to change of Client’s Decision.
