• Managed all commercial and Financial activities on the EPCM Project includes Procurement, Contracts,Controls ,Scheduling& Accounts.
• Projects Planning and Scheduling & Project Reporting: scope management, Project Deliverables, work break down structure, schedule management, forecasting, corrective action, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis& calculation.

• Cost Engineering and estimating:Estimating,Cost Management, Cost Control and Forecasting

• Prepare resource & cost loaded loaded schedules for Process Plants in Coal Handling Sector
• Effectively gather construction progress activity to provide advice and feedback to construction personnel on their work area activities monitored against the Construction Program.
• Interface with construction personnel providing feedback on progress impacts on the Construction Program.
• Interface with construction personnel on productivity.
• Continual maintenance of the Construction Program through analysis of construction activity data and effective update

Creating a master Access database for recording the progress of all associated activities including piping, structural, mechanical, civil, tie-ins and demolition works.

• Writing method statements and procedures.
• Maintaining the P3/e schedule and creating all the progress reports.

Building and developing new and maintaining the existing construction schedules for the current 66 Special Projects for increase and maximisation of plant production.

• After handing over the developed Bechtel Construction schedule to a dedicated contract scheduler for that seperable portion of work scope I resumed my role and duties as Site Project Planner within the EPCM management team for the overall Project Schedule as Principal Contractor.
