Development and management of the EPC Schedule of copper, cobalt, zinc, manganese mining project. 5000 activities were scheduled to achieve the project scope. Project budget: 1,880 MMUSD

Collaboration in the development and management of EPC schedule of nitrogen generation plant project. The activity network built consisted of 1500 activities

EPCM Planning & Scheduling of Mining Vessel Upgrade Projects (Feasibility to Execution)

EPCM Planning and Scheduling of a New Build Diamond Sampling Vessel.

I was responsible for landing Rigging and Specialist heavy lift projects which included, preparing project proposals and then executing the projects.

The two main projects I worked on were:

Husab Mine in Namibia - where we successfully lifted 4 x 130ton pre-assembled stockpile conveyor sections using strand jacks to a height of 38m. 

Construction of the Grain Mill in Industria. We provided mechanical and rigging skills for the assembly and placement of all mechanical items for an Italian client Omas Industries.

I was promted to take over the management of the Modular Division.

This included managing a team of Draftsmen, Engineers, Project Managers.    

I was responsible for new business development and tender submissions, client relationships, team reviews, team strategy and departmental budgeting.

I was a member of the company management team and reported directly to the Managing Director.

I was employed a Project Manager in the Modular Department.

My responsibilities included, the management from setup of the project, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover.

I drew up on my planning skills to assist in developing baseline programme and reporting on progress.

I managed the budgets and reported on costs.

Client relations also played a large role.

At Bateman Enginered Technologies BET, when I left the company is was occupying the position of Senior Planner manager responsible for managing the team of planners.

My responsibilities included:
