Engagement manager for custom software development, led sales pursuit teams for state government and construction sectors; including a cross-sector team engaged to create an advanced, web-based, permitting application for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Managed several systems architecture and strategy engagements focused on real estate and construction industry solutions.

Co-founder of the new technology venture organised by a syndication of trade investors including KPMG Ventures (a KPMG Investment Fund), Bidcom, Inc (USA technology company), and leading UK based construction firms (Wates Group Ltd, Carillion plc, and E.C.Harris). We created new web-based software as a service delivering a construction software platform focused on the UK project delivery method serving clients in the UK and globally for their international operations.

Led a team to redesign the company's strategy, technology platform and planned the turn-around of operations which were accepted for immediate action. It was a two year plan to complete the turnaround.

Led the team leaders to start and complete the company turn-around with a goal to complete the turn by establishing new technology platform, create operational efficiency and develop client base. An essential aspect of the plan was to established the in-house software development branch office in Ahmadabad, India. The turnaround was accomplished within two and a half years.

Project engagement manager leading an international team to transform the legacy financial and regulatory information systems by creating updated systems architecture, a cross-functional implementation strategy, and the detailed design ultimately built by IBM for XL Capital -- a global property and casualty insurance firm based in Bermuda.
