AWE Planner

I worked on a number of projects using P5. the projects varied in size from £12m up to £150m. for the past year i have been mainly working on the initial phases of the projects from FEL 0 to FEL2. 1 of my other roles during this time was generating programs for confidence modelling, the schedules were initially created in P5 and then either transferred directly into Pertmaster or exported to Microsoft Project from where they could be put into Predict.

• Compiling and updating Project Level 5 plans (Software Tool; P3)

• Generating Earned Value data from P3 schedule.

• Using PERT Chart analysis for schedule reviews.

• Creating Process for Export of information from MSP into Suretrak

• Creating read-only Suretrak files from P3

• Using schedules in Risk Reviews to highlight potential problems before they arise.
