Confidential MoD Client- Corporate Programme Planner;  Co-ordinated the integration, testing and roll out of the Primavera P3e planning application (v5.0) onto the client’s network and acted as ‘first user / super user’ during the testing phase.  Migrated the existing level 2 & 3 programme (without resources) into P3e producing both monthly reports to the client’s management board and quarterly programme baseline reviews for customer (MoD) submission.

Plan using Microsoft 2007 and P3 the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning of HVAC for 2 Aircraft Carriers.

Liaise with 5 Dockyards concerning the Installation of HVAC

Integrate 24 various plans of differing Modules being built in 5 Shipyards for completion in Rosyth Dockyard.

Produce fully costed and resourced level 4 plans.

Report progress via scorecards iaw approved procedures.

Detail Project Management Plan and Responsibility Matrix for internal use.

Chairman HMS Resolution Association.

Build an Association of former crew members of Nuclear Submarine HMS Resolution.

Lead and manage the construction of a website and databases to control and operate the Association.

Plan Reunion and deliver charitable goals.
