Built fully resource loaded, fully integrated master schedules for  repair of Naval Ships.  I was also responsible for maintaining the schedules through execution (growth, baselines, actuals etc.....).  I was part of a team that helped merge two scheduling departments during a aquisition/merger.

From Bocagrande Shipyard, I improved the planning of the PLAN ORIÓN – Overhaul of Colombian Navy Frigates, the projects in development, and those forecast.
