Consulting in planning, scheduling and controls of engineering and construction projects.  Built a consulting organization to provide services to the industry (Owners, A/E firms, GC's and speciality contractors)

Developed and Implemented marketing strategies to grow business by researching &    recognizing market trends such as; flier campaigns (designing and developing fliers) where we    distributed fliers to residential areas as well as commercial, demos in various schools,    community centers, and conventions.

Running Enterprise Airport rental branch. Effectively implementing all employee developement plans and programs.  Training new hires how to use the operating system and follow the Enterprise business model. Organizing fleet operation by tracking incoming and out going vehicles, working with other branches/brands (i.e. National and Alamo) to acquire more vehicles when needed and assisting other branches/brands by giving up vehicles as needed.

Providing Professional Scheduling Services for companies in Construction, Oil & Gas, and Nuclear industries around the world.  Using Primavera P6 to plan, design, and build schedules using the CRITICAL PATH METHODOLOGY for all industries to ensure timeliness on completion of projects and milestones.   Ran 30+ projects ranging from seminars, weekend workshops, and strategic operational projects for Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
