Logikal Projects is a project controls consultancy. The Logikal graduate scheme provided me with knowledge of the fundamental principles of planning, risk management and earned value analysis. Most of my time at Logikal was spent at National Grid. As a consultant, I produced budgeted pre-tender baseline schedules for portfolio management. Secondly I produced schedules for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects requiring Development Consent Orders from the Secretary of State to facilitate project management practices.

Jan 2015 – July2015: Atkins Faithful and Gould, Warrington – Based at Westlakes, Whitehaven (Garraway Consultants) – Senior Planning Engineer

• Production of detailed design programmes for Main Site Control Facility, HSA 2 (High Security Fence line) and SSAU projects
• Progress monitoring and reporting on a weekly basis
• Identify relevant KPI’s and milestones
• EVA and dashboard reporting
• Histograms

• Develop messaging briefs and industry-level thought leadership content focused on modern project management, including topics such as: enterprise work collaboration, digital transformation, business agility and project management maturity
• Evangelist for the brand voice and marketplace differentiation of Clarizen, a leader in cloud-based, enterprise grade project management
