1. Coordinating information for creating unique Program for individual Projects using MS Project
2. Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours.
3. Preparation of project Cash flow.
4. Preparation of man power Calculation & utilization schedule.
5. Updating progress of work using MS Project.
6. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays
7. Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule.
8. Attending meeting with Client and Sub-Contractor for resolving issue on Weekly basis.
