With more than (5) years demonstrable experience in the construction industry involving all disciplines of construction engineering and project management, Broad experience in planning, scheduling and cost control, Claim analysis, Knowledge of cost estimating, tendering preparation and analysis, Involved in preparing Earned Value Analysis (CPI/SPI), cost evaluation, evaluation of progress billings, fluctuations and escalations, change orders, project schedules, cash flow projection and project reports.

Overall responsibility for the management and delivery of 38 on-going residential and mixed development projects with 170 projects in the pipeline over the next 5 years. Oversees the projects to provide project advisory and adequate resources. Provide an information hub for the organisation and to prepare monthly business operations report and risk management.

Central Role – Developing financial feasibilities and programs for high-end residential at Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya. Implementation of Symphony Hills’ Clubhouse and provide guidance to project managers and team. Southern Role – Implementation of projects over a 25 year development program encompassing an area of 37.5 square miles at Nusajaya, Johor. Developing financial feasibilities and to provide guidance to project teams.

Preparation of tender programs for the bid estimator, project manager and construction manager. Developed planning standards for operations in Queensland and Northern Territory.
